Off-topic:
If anyone is curious to know what the captions say.
Paula's basically says that after being abused by a guard she decided to protect courtesans.
Antonio's says that he hides in the Venice market and only robs certain noble.
The Courtesans basically says they are "gracious" to give infromation
and the Mercenary/thief one says (not quite sure on the translation) that despite their outward appearance, they have a good heart and are willing to help Ezio hide and such

I think it's more like:

Despite what they do for living (being thieves), etc...

I'm not sure, but portuguese and italian are similar, so, I think this is the correct.
