I can't go past Christian Bale as he is the voice actor of Altaïr. He does kinda look like him too, just a bit of a tan and some stubble. Being an Aussie, I'd love Hugh Jackman to do it but he wouldn't really fit the character I don't think. The only other person who might be able to do it would be Johnny Depp I reckon. Because he's just such a good actor and can play as anything.

i still stand by my thought that shia la beouf is the only one that I can think of that fits as Desmond. I don't know who they would use as Altair, but like I said before it can't be anyone thats too buff or thick built. altair needs to be a agile type of guy. again more of a body build of shia, but I don't know if he could or should do altair... oh and for some reason I feel that Orlando Bloom should have some role in this movie (as much as I dislike him, for some reason i think he could fit in this movie, maybe kingdom of heaven is influencing me... hmmm...)

Yes for Ezio they used Francisco again as model.
