I was reading a forum and they said that there will be a villa for a hideout, will this be upgradable and if so what can you upgrade with it

The "Find" button is there for a reason.

You can invest in it. You can buy weapons and display them. Unlock statues. And get frames. I don't know about anything else.
But AltairEagleEzio is right. Please use the Find button near the top of the screen before starting a topic.

You can't "upgrade" it. Only do the things I mentioned.
Please don't double post. Use the Eraser button on the bottom right of your post to edit.

The upcoming developer diary will have more info on the villa, so you will learn all you want about it then...
