I heard the game was 20 hours, 3 of them being cutscenes.

Should be rather interesting. The graphics and the plot make it out to be just that, however, I could be proven wrong...

there are more cut scenes than just the story, they have said some of the side quests will also have them so you could end up with less in the actual story.
