As previously mentioned the only issue I have with this game is the missing support for the wireless 360 controller. So far no official response to that.

We are all aware that the Kingdom area is a massive area with insane amounts of information for your machine to process. Whilst it may look like there's more detail on screen in a busy city street, you have to consider that all of that mist makes a huge impact on your system resources. So it's not really any surprise people are having "lag" issues (never mind that lag is a term which actually means low internet latency) turn your graphics settings down and the "lag" will be reduced accordingly. Speaking from myself, the crash issue isn't an issue any more. My only complaint, and this is irritating but nothing major, is that my desktop is often resized after I exit the game and I have to reboot to get my usual 16x12 back

They never said they were fixing it though. Right from the beginning the official line was that they were going to take it out. In fact, they said they were going to remove Dx10 support altogether

The only problem I've encountered since applying the patch is that the game appears to be doing some visual effect in the upper left of the screen...and when it does this, it's all pixelated with large, noticeable "pixel squares".

Aside from that, it's running like a charm. I used to blame AC for minimizing all the time but it just happened to me playing Vegas 2 so I think another active app (prolly anti-virus) is causing that problem.

Could be. but I haven't noticed it with any other games. Though, to be fair, none of my other games are from the recent slew of Ubi releases. It may just be a conflict between AVG and something in the Ubi games. Something I've been wondering though, why is it labeled the 1.02 patch? What happened to 1.01?

The leaked version worked just fine in the kingdom area with my 8600GT card but with a single core cpu then I upgraded to an asus rampage formula with a Intel C2D E8400 and ddr2 ram 2gb and bought the game when it officially came out, after that it worked like **** in the official version.

anyone no what registry entry's I need patch comes up with "could not retrive installation folder" or a way I can edit patch

Helios : The leaked version wasn't finished, thus the coding on the official release may be more complex

I downloaded it manualy but have done a re-install of xp and just pasted the application data back into the folder game runs fine but would like to install patch to fix a few issues maybe im on section 5 enjoy it
