It's obvious that they don't want to answer that question! It's a shame!

I can confirm that the 1/2 screen pixelization that occured with 1360x768 and 1680x1050 is gone.
Thanks to the developers for fixing that. I can play the game now, it was too distracting before.

Why is the game still starting in windowed mode on Windows Vista 32bit and while running the game in DX10 mode? Wouldn't it have been wise to fix this as well? I like pressing ALT and ENTER as much as the next man but it is still a needless exercise.
I don't know if it fixed my problem with random crashes while playing in DX 10 mode. I am going to keep on playing (I haven't really played long enough with the patch installed to be sure of anything) before updating to the latest NVidia driver.
Sound, chipset and Direct X Runtime are all up to date; basically leaving the game or the 169.25 drivers to blame if the crashes keep happening. I will report back my findings after more play testing.

Random crashes are not fixed, at least not for me I've posted my DxDiag, and done all suggested things, updated with this new patch and still no luck! Other than that rather annoying thing, everything else works perfectly! I dunno if this has some meaning, but the last time game crashed, it happen in Damascus but in the moment it froze i found myself in Jerusalem on some roof-top! (O_o)"

I'm in the same boat, I think u have to have the digital distribution version of the patch which you go to Direct to Drive to get, but they haven't released it yet.

Anybody with the Kingdom Graphics Glitch able to play? Does the patch fix it?

If you are using the D2D version you will need to get the patch from their site as their version is differant to the standard retail version.

Where's the x64 executable placed?
|

there wont be a X64 exe all this patch does is officaly say the game works on X64 systems so if you have problems and have the patch they cant just say its all down to a X64 OS.

Patch installed with no probs for me; I had a lockup a couple hours later but this also happened once pre-patch.
The lockup was after several failed attempts at the fourth memory block Jerusalem contract; intense 30-man swordfights were a little too overwhelming for my system resources, so I've cut down the graphics settings some...I'll see what happens now.

It does not fix the massive lag in the Kingdom, also doesn't fix any of the sound problems, like stuttering, missing voices, missing sound effects etc.
P.S.: Turning down hardware acceleration IS NOT A VALID FIX. The user should never be made to make software modifications just because the game only knows how play well with one sound card model and doesn't work with others.

I think that Entrepid_e is saying sound stuttering while not game stuttering.I have tried to play Bioshock on highest settings with about 15 fps but it doesn't cause any sound stuttering problem. When I'm running AC with about 25fps on med settings, the sound in the game is stuttering like hell.

I had problems with random crashes. I thought it was the game then noticed it was happening on others too. I've just installed 2Gb of extra RAM and no problems since
