Since I still got some freetime, I messed around a bit (which takes a lot of time on my PC) and I actually managed to get altairs face to somewhat LeBron James (nbaliveforums.com).
Maybe Ill post something tommorow (9pm in Germany now)

i am loving this black thing -- blood is not noticable on it. the red sash is a good keep. why not make the hood red too? add a bit of colour to him.

I did a new version of his robe. It dark/grey, to look like he has been to long in the sun and the robe is bleached. Ill post some more screenshots later, when I sent this to my firend with a better PC.

I hate the hair colour. You see that in a lot of games; Greenish-brown hair. Yuck! Brown hair is supposed to be brown...

SO her it is: ALtair in pink. The shore are still red though. SOrry I can only give it to you in DX9.
Now Ill take requests. Please describe th coulour or even show me a pic.
I think that texmod itself doesnt run on DX10 only DX9, since the program was released a year before DX10.

EDIT: Yes I know that Desmond and Altair look the same but most games often have textures 2x times in it and unused textures, so if you extract one, you can never be sure unless its marked. Look at Nba live. Everytime you press start the pause menu loads itself again and again

EDIT: This how you do it. Open texmod click on the big folder icon and choose the patch of the acdx9.exe. Then click on package mode and thgen on the small folder icon, click browse and search for the pinkaltair.tpf.
Then run the game and enjoy

EDIT again: Altairego, here´s the quick version of your request. I pretty satisfied with the sash (anything else in blue?) The robe Ill do again.
