Okay, let's clear some stuff up.

Firstly, people should stop freaking out because they didn't get the damned pen. There's nothing important in the conference room, or on Vidic's computer, that hasn't been discussed to great lenghts here. Secondly, Subject 16 did not write everything that you can see on the walls and floors. It isn't physically possible. Almost any human being would feint after they've lost one litre of blood; they would certainly not be able to draw in the top right corner of a 6.5 foot wall!

Lucy is not an Assassin (at least not an initiated one), and she has all 10 of her fingers. She merely bends her ring finger backwards to show that she's on Desmond's side.

* We then have the pyramid next to the exit door, with a shining apple above it. I don't know about the pyramid, but I'm thinking the apple is the Golden Apple which is used in many mythologies.

And thats all I could figure for now. Also, on a unrelated note, I loved the bathroom details. Throughout the game, the towels would be in different positions after each day, and the toilet paper rolls would get smaller and smaller showing that they had been used. There was two at the start, and one would continue to become smaller, until at the end where there's only one roll left. Weird, I know, but the details to show someone is living in there was cool. EDIT: On the wall in the bedroom, I also noticed a small, handprint in the bottom left corner. It only had three fingers and a thumb. o.O Also, at the very top middle, there's some writing in english, but I can only make out a few words. Looks like: emperor, sin, and. I couldn't make out the rest. There's also a line of hebrew underneath it, and the same characters again on the left. I actually attempted to try and translate it from websites, but no luck. I did learn that hebrew characters also have a number value to them. That could be something."

All this is correct. Also notice he said "I also noticed a small, handprint in the bottom left corner. It only had three fingers and a thumb.". If you have read up on Asassin's Creed you will know that The nurse is missing her pinky.. That means 3 fingers and a thumb. From this conclusion. The nurse is that person that wrote everything you see.

I'm not sure what you mean about the nurse writing the message.
If you mean Lucy, she has all her fingers. She simply bent one back to show she was part of the assassin clan. Assassin's usually have their left ring finger cut off.
The previous occupant of desmond's room was another assassin they used with the animus.

Maybe someone already wrote about what I'm up to but still there are two things that made me curious:

1# did anyone of you find a ballpen? I mean when I was out of the Animus once, Desmond kinda took one lying next to the animus pc. Then he hid it like Altair would do with his hidden-blade (don't ask me after which chapter I found it, because I really can't remember). Still there was no fight-scene in the "real-world".

2# Assassins Creed 2 - Maybe about Asian Assassins? Since there are more than one pieces of eden and numerous evidence that lead to the far east -> Maybe Ninjas? sounds like fun to me (Close combat - Martial Arts)

But, what strikes me as random, is the fact that Assassin robes are made to represent eagles, or at least Altaïr's does. Many things point to the fact that he is sort of an eagle. and about the three fingers and a thumb isn't that what all Assassin's have one missing finger for the blade? for her to be an ally suggests that she is an Assassin spy to gather intel about the templar's activities while keeping her brethren (Desmond) alive.

And when the scientist says 'were not finished with you yet' could mean the next game will involve more activities on the animus accessing memories of Desmond in what many have found may lead his memories to an ancestor in fuedal Japan

But I believe she will continue with the activity to learn more of the locations before saving Desmond and relaying the intel to her Assassin Order what ever form it may have taken in modern times.

I think your over studying it.

The missing finger is of course what the assassin's replace with the hidden blade, and the mark would refer to an assassin best to simplify then assume too much.

I do not know if it was already mentioned, but the formula Zm = Zn2 + c is wrong.

The right one is Zn+1 = Zn² + c which is also linked with the Mandelbrot set

Another point which I want to mention here: The pyramide with the eye is the Christian version of the Eye of Providence, it has nothing to do with Illuminati or something like this.

The Hebrew writing reads: "Olam Habah", which means "the next world" or "the world beyond", probably referring to heaven. Heaven in Hebrew is "Gan Eden", Garden of Eden. Piece of Eden?

Also someone mentioned the fact that Hebrew letters have a numerical value. It's true, it's the Hebrew geometry, though I don't really remember which letter stands for what number. I'll try to remember later and tell you the number as soon as I do.
