And "parche"=patch (spanish)

My girlfriend is doing Italian A level and can speak pretty decent Italian. I will forward her the video and see if she can understand it !

She said it sounds Latin rather than Italian but obviously it is going to be similar. She said it sounds like:

"it is written in peace"

which in Italian, translates to:

"è scritto in pace"
[eh / scr-ee-t-oh / in / pah-che]

However, this does not fit with Ezio's dialogue exactly. From listening to it repeatedly [and very loudly] it sounds as though he says somthing more like:

"è scritto da in pace"

That from in peace I knews from just listening to the vid (latin in school lolz).

They said Ezio becomes an assassin because of soemthing Altaïr wrote. Maby it has something to do with that.

Isn't obvious why Ezio will become an assassin? Well in my opinion his father will be killed from another big family also his brother and his mother will be captured. And with her they will try find Ezio and kill him. In the meantime Ezio frightened goes to the only man who he can trust - Leonardo Da Vinci. Then he tell Ezio that he cames from the great family of the assassins. Then Leonardo will teach him how to bee an assassin and give him equipment.

I know it sounds silly but it may be sometnig like this

The evidence to suggest he has a brother can be found in the Q & A video on the official site, the one with Jade Raymond and Patrice Desilets. More specifically after they have finished talking and it goes to a walkthrough of the E3 demo by a guy who's name i forget, but right before he begins playing he says "now i'm on a mission to avenge my father and brother"

YES! excellent find! finally someone who confronted them about multiplayer and it sounds possible. "the core of the gameplay is single player..." "we have not announced any multiplayer at this time" i think is what he said. so it sounds like they definitely at least have been tossing around the idea

*EDIT* And omg i skipped the first vid but just watched it now, also talked about multiplayer. I REALLY think they Are working on something and he brought up a good point. how would it make sense if there were multiple assassins that are people in the animus...that could work well for a little Co-Op story line, maybe not the real single player game but like uncharted 2 having a co-op only story mode where maybe desmond needs help and find that there are indeed more "test subjects" he runs into that help. idk i'm just spittin ideas but this sounds Very promising for some form of multiplayer

I think one question that raises is, what if there isnt more than one assassin?

Assassin vrs Guards multiplayer maybe?

im thinking a team of 5 Assassins against a group of 15 Guards in an awesome Capture the Flag match !

Think about it !
Map: It will be set in a small section/district of a city, with the flag at one end, and the assassin's "escape point" at the other.
Time Limit: 30 - 15 minutes depending on map size. [is this too short ? i cant remember what normal CTF timing is like!]
Spawn points: The Assassins start at one side of the map, at the "city gate" or whatever other entry/exit point it is. While, the guards start at the other end of the map, near the flag. Then every time a Guard is killed, they should spawn closer and closer to the Assassin's "Escape" point. While every time an Assassin is killed, they spawn "blended in" sitting on a bench or something, somewhere between the flags current position and the "escape point". [there will ALWAYS be a 5 second spawn delay]
Game Endings: The game ends if, a) the time runs out. b) the assassins reach the escape point with the flag. Or c) the guards manage to return the flag to its plinth [the flag must have been carried by an assassin past a certain point on the map before the guards are able to achieve this.]

EDIT: In this video, @ 5:28 they speak about how this will be possible.
