I ran into this exact problem two days ago.
I found a post on the forum here where appears to be the same issue also: Thread link Others have had the same issue, but no one has posted any solution. Here is a link to my post on how I ran into the issue - Link . My post in the one at the bottom. I suspect the only thing I can do is start again |

I have not played the game in awhile, so i may be wrong, but i think that you have to go into the bathroom, and eavesdrop on the doctors, then they walk into the room. try that. once again, i might be wrong, but i might be right!

I think you are referring to something that occurs earlier in the game. The problem we both have is the door to the bedroom is closed - and locked.
To move the game forward I'm pretty sure we just need to get into the bedroom and sleep to activate memory 5. But we cant get in there |

Maybe look for a pen on the animus and look through lucy's computer. That's probably not it but it's worth a shot.
453...Can you explain it? |

There are no pens on the table - I remember picking on up in an earlier memory block.
I cannot access the Animus or the PC on the desk either (which I have done in the past to read some of the emails). I'm pretty sure the second pen needs to be stolen from the doctor - but I never had a chance to grab that one. I loaded up my save file again last night and gave the room another look over for anything that might help, but found nothing. Even tried eagle vision. Nothing I've really enjoyed the game, so "replaying" it isn't the end of the world.. but being 2/3 of the way through and having to restart sucks This message has been edited. ouch, that's gotta suck.
Seems to me you should just restart the game, rather than just be stuck for hours on this glitch. Don't worry, the game is fairly easy, and you can beat the whole thing in basically a week (well, shorter if you do nothing BUT play the game |

Yeah i've basically resigned myself to starting from scratch again. And I enjoyed it a lot to that point and learned heaps to make the earlier missions much easier.
Although I'm going to try and do the flags and templers as i go through each section of the city this time so im not search through massive areas at the end for a few missing flags. I'm in no hurry to finish it, so will be taking my time Actually I'm hoping there will be a patch to enable trophy support for the PS3 version, although I'm doubtful that will happen. |

yeah, I heard about that trophy thing. But as you also say, I am doubtful that Ubisoft will come out with the patch, they haven't really been too enthusiastic about fixing the PROBLEMS in the game. Not that I have EVER had any problems with the game, or that I am bashing the game/developers. Then again, I'm not sure how easy it would be to add a patch for trophy support, Ubisoft can probably pull it off, they DID manage to create such an awesome game in the first place |

I can't imagine it's that complex to add in trophy support, especially since Sony are supplying dev tools and support for it - I think the decision will come down to "is there any value in it for us to spend the resources patching it".
I really hope they do - but I dont think they will |
