I am from Denmark and we get it 19th november and we get: Black Edition, White Edition, Master Edition and no matter where we but the game (almost) we get a ex in-game map that only some part of Europe can get.

is the extra map not just the same one that comes with a gamestop pre-order in America and is also the map that is in all 3 special editions. there is only one map limited by area and if I remember correctly it is the ship yard map that is only in the black edition. as in total there are only 3 extra map's, white and gamestop preorder get 1 of 3, master edition gets 2 of 3 and the black edition gets 3 of 3.

Is there in the game a way too change your hair style? Some kind of barber shop or something, or is that just always the same? Because your hair changes in, like, what is it, 30 years?

Hmm... I doubt a barber seeing as you'll hardly get the option to take the hood off after becoming an Assassin. (If ever!)
It would be nice though. It would add even more customization!
Also, I'm not a big fan of the ponytail so...
