So did anyone else go? Played ACII today, and I must say. ITS. AWESOME.

The free running is much more fluid, and there are some minor tweaks which are cool.

One little effect I really liked was when you fell in water, you cloak became wet and dark, then dried out.

A single criticism. When the characters are talking, it sometimes comes up with the Italian, then the English in brackets next to it. Seemed a bit silly.

They did that so we could learn a bit while we play lol. Honestly though thats a minor complaint its not like the brackets will break your ability to read or play the game, plus who wouldent mind picking up a few phrases from another language?

And to be honest, it just strengthens the immersion in a way, since it is after all based in Italy... :P

I know, it's just strange when you have subtitles going for ages. But Overall, it's a great game.=

It's very fun to headbutt someone off a roof :P

The disarming moves are amazing, its great fun to disarm a brute and then hack at his head with his own axe! Razz

I have a couple of videos, will I get banned for showing them?

I think not. Other people have posted videos on youtube which were linked to the forums and they were never taken down.

So does Ezio climb fast by default or is it more involving than that?

@kyle, he climbs pretty fast. but when there is a big jump, you hold R1 + X and he jumps up, but then you need to press O (Grab) to grab hold of the ledge. The climbing is much more fluid.

@fossa, I got asked to stop filming by the guy. That and it was my turn Razz

Do you have to go to the weapon wheel every time you want to switch a weapon.

Glad that you're not invincible by holding down the defense button and countering at every moment. Razz

Fighting with the hidden blade is good, Ezio uses it like a mini-sword. You can also sometimes jump on them and assassinate them in mid-battle.

And I forgot to mention, the guards have health meters above their heads, thats what those red squares are.

Another video. Someone who was there mentions that "the problem was the staff. For some reason they didn't like people filming without press badges" Angry Blue Guy
