Like I said, I thought that was before Lineage?

It is. They probably missed that detail. Or they didn't think it as important as Ezio's innocent babyface look.

Probably.

@Caswallawn: Yeah, pretty sure it is. Razz

I read somewhere that Ezio gets his kip scar at the beginning of the game when he & his friends encounter a rival family on a bridge and one of them throws a rock at Ezio; you then have the choice to walk away calmy or viciously beat the rival gang into a fine paste.

Oh. >_>

*feels stoopid*

You said 'help,' so I just assumed you were talking about when Giovanni shouted, "don't kill him!"

So when does the next one come out? I was under the impression they were to be released daily.

That was pretty much what I expected, really...
It seemed like the people who made it bought a camera (I'd assume they already had editing equipment), and then spent what they had left on everything else. Actors were pretty low rate, but poorly directed, the guy holding the camera had no idea what he was doing, but it seemed like that was being compensated for by slo-mo, which was taken to the max, Michael Bay style.
Just for the record, if you're gonna use lots and lots and lots of Slo-mo, take tips from Zack Snyder; not Michael Bay.
Costumes...they were crap, frankly. Entirely unauthentic and unconvincing, and not once was I able to see Giovanni as anything more than some guy in silly clothes running around on rooftops. The hood (what is effectively equivalent to the bat-cowl, in AC terms) was especially disappointing, although I expected that screw-up, frankly.
Script? Scripting was also garbage.

I GET that it's free, and I don't have to watch it and all that good stuff, but whether I'm paying for it monetarily or not, I'm still spending time watching something, and if I feel like I'm wasting my free time, then there's still something wrong. Just cause something is free doesn't make it immune to criticism.

It's basically the inverse of people who make movies transferring over to making games.

wow! Wasn't it nice of Ridley Scott to pop in and give us his extensive professional critique of lineage...

oh, no wait a minute - you're not a world renowned film maker...

Who are you to suggest the actors were poorly directed?! lol. Were you there? Do you even know who the director was?? ...

and etc etc for pretty much all of your unfounded / unreasonable criticisms.

Is it just me or did anyone else think that the darker-skinned brother (the one who ended up winning at chess) was Ezio up until Giovanni identified who was who by name?

I did :3

Ezio looks way too sissylike to turn into an assassin one day. And although I know this is the entire point, they went a bit overboard with it. Some people simply don't have the potential to become bad ***, this Ezio is one of them.

Does Ezio really seem that sissy? O_o I didn't really notice.

Then again, I have a weird obsession with children's clothes from time periods where little little boys in dresses was fine...
