First is, what is the release date in the us for AC 2?

And, cutscenes in AC 1 annoyed me a lot how when I wanted to replay the game I would have to watch the cutscenes again and again. So my second question is, can I skip cutscenes in AC 2?

AC2 will be released the 17th of November in the US

it was stated that you will not be able skip cut scenes but it has a feature that saves right after a cutscene...dont really help if your playing through the game again

like kakashi said. but something should be added to the answer of the second question. in ac2 the cutscenes will be more interactive. at certain parts of the cutscene it might ask you to press a button which will change what happens in the cutscene. but you can't skip them. I think I read (or heard) that they did make the cutscenes shorter, so they are not as long winded as the first ac's cutscenes. especially the conversation with the target as he dies

lol lot of words from a guy that just had a blade crammed in his throat. cut scenes this time around probably will have a bit more action to the as well.

AC 1 cutscenes weren't that bad, they just got old. really fast.
