theres no chance that AC will stop with just 3 games. in ezio's villa, you will see statues of roman, egyptian, and other assassins from different time periods...so the possibilities are there...just keep supporting ubi and buy the games...and they will keep making them..

And as for Altair starting the Templar-Assassin war, well, both of the factions existed before that conflict, so they both have origin stories to tell. And who knows, even if it may not relate to the Templar conflict, a Roman Assassin's story could be just as interesting.

Well, the comic apparently will feature more ancestors than just Aquilus(sp?), since it's called AC: Desmond, and the video preview posted showed pages that had Ezio and Altair as well. So maybe we'll see a LOT of new ancestors, not just one.

To be honest, even though Ubisoft is trying to concentrate on pivotal moments in history, I don't think they would use Italy as a location again, regardless of the time period. Especially since you get to visit Rome in AC2. Not that the Roman empire wouldn't be a cool setting for an AC game.

Actually, I believe she said that before Al Mualim's betrayal was revealed to Desmond.
