theres some stuff that wasnt mentioned..like in the market with the theives.."ayoha alles, sa'akta3 yadayk gaza' thalik" which means "thief i will cut off your hands cuz of this"...and also the game mentions the word "kafer" alot, which means infidel

Just because Scythe is a lumberjack from northern Canada doesn't mean that his Arabic isn't fluent. Shady

Did you not know that the Templars are always calling Altair a narb?

Also, if you're good at sneaking, you can hear Sibrand talking about the YouTubes in between his maniacal outbursts.

And Garnier is always sending his patients friend request notes. He's a bad interwebs stalkar.

Big Grin

I'm not that good at sneaking, but I always wondered why the guards called me a "N00b" and that they would "PWN" me when the were chasing me...

Well, you know, if you were a soldier back in 1191, or at least a simulation of one, and this suspicious-looking guy in a white robe came around town, and every time he looks at you and your pals, these strange little computer digits and things fly around your person, you might wonder about his hacking skills. Indifferent

It's like, that Matrix. But coolers.

EDIT: Anyway, I'm about as off-topic as it gets...

Yeah, we need a good Arabic speaker, not Scythe. Roll Eyes [/sarcasm] >_<

lmao

Yeah, you're right. I can imagine that happening:

*Altaïr looking at a group of guards.*

Guards: "What are all these strange symbols floating around us?"

Altaïr: "Hey guys do you know how I can get to the Harb-..."

Guards: "H4X0r! Get him!"

We're kinda flaming this guy aren't we?

Not really, but we're not exactly throwing a bottle full of sunshine at him then again either.

I sarcastically poked at his statement about Arabic fluidity and you rolled your eyes at his use of Internet jargon, and then from there it was all conversation between you and me about what the game would be like from an Internet-type viewpoint, with little or nothing to do with what he'd said.

In conclusion it can generally be assumed that I'm digging way too deep into this issue and yet again am rolling off-topic. Roll Eyes

If think you about it we're basically hugging him and feeding him birthday cake compared to how we "welcomed" other members...

EDIT: I have to go. Talk to you later, bye.

I meant it more like a brief handshake and avoiding eye-contact...

Of course you guys do!
It's difficult pronouncing all these "GH"'s and "KH"'s... >_>

Don't you love it how we so arrogantly step in and assume that we know it all, and that nobody else can compare?
Don't I hate it how, seeing as I should be catching up on my games right now, you lot are always able to drag me back into the thick of things?
Do you love me that much?

@ okassem:
Thank you for proving yourself to be the only being fluent in Arabic, I only wish you were as capable in English.

Signed with never-ending love,
Scythe.
P.S. Yes, I'm a born terrorist, or so says the stereotype. >_>

Hate myself?!
Pfft!

Go back to your gaming, Grim, the Scythe Symbol is no longer in the skies. Big Grin

I know what you meant by the Canadian lumberjack thing... I just felt like I needed to comment on it. >_>
It's almost random and misleading enough to call my own...

"Scythe Symbol"... hmm... *gets inspired to make sig... later*

Hahaha.

You should do it in black and yellow like the batman symbol, and make the lumberjack from Brawny respond to it. XD

Works well with your toilet paper sig. Wink
