Should i/we(PC users) watch a playthrough of Assassin's Creed 2 before its release for PC or wait until Q1 2010 for the PC release and not spoil everything?

Hard to decide but i would wait. However I would be afraid that I cant hold myself and watch it. Lucky that i dont have to think about that since I play it on my ps3.

If there's a game I'm excited for, I always try to wait and not watch any spoilers. It does make interacting with the community and talking about hype a bit difficult, though.

Why would anyone watch the playthrough before playing the actual game? Ruins the whole experience.

I'd wait although it will be hard for PC gamers getting the short end of the stick. 2010 are they kidding thats like a lifetime, luckily I have now got an X-box

I'd prefer would wait, to keep it as surprising as possible. But then again, I'm not, because it's just so damn hard. And I have a 360.

I would get a Xbox or PS3 in the wait time and then the wait time won't be that long or doesn't feel that. Cause then you have spent a lot of time to get the money for the console, but i would watch a little of the playthrough and then play it yourself.

I'll have to leave the forums 'til I finish the game next year, but I'll stick around 'til the console release.

Ah, you poor Pc gamers. I really feel sorry for you . I'm actually really ****ed at Ubisoft for not releasing Splinter cell conviction to the Ps3 And now i have to play it on a pc

If I were a PC Gamer, I would probably go down to my mates house who has a 360 and is getting AC2. However, if I couldn't do that, I wouldn't be able to resist watching a playthrough. Luckily for me, I have a PS3...

yeh if you have a mate with the console talk them into getting the game then play it at their house

I really wanted the PC version pre-ordered the black edition as soon as play.com listed it, but since they have delayed the PC version I'm having to get the PS3 version instead as by the time the PC version comes out there will be so many other games out.

i'd only watch the first part, it's hard to imagine things from only words in my head

just play it at a friends console or maybe rent a console and the game then play the PC version to get all the side missions and stuff

I would wait so it's more fun when you play for the first time but gee that is a long time to wait... hmmmm. If you really can't wait I like guipit's idea. Rent a console & the game or go to a friends house. At least if you end up spoiling the surprise make sure you play the game yourself instead of watching someone else play the game and spoiling it for you. Ya know what I mean...

No! You should wait! I mean for me I like playing every part of the games thoroughly. And even though the first Assassin's creed PC was later released then the ps3 & xbox360 version the PC version had more contents So I'm gonna wait! but thats just me
