Huge thanks Ubisosft Montréal, I have never been so entertained since Call of duty 4 and Crysis. The environment, the ease of input for the game play, the music, the fighting sequences, the CGI, the story, the referrals to King Richard and the crusades was phenomenal. Thanks for exporting it to the PC, without it, I wouldn’t ever have known. I had a blast. I just finished it. Played long hours, had issues putting it down, lol.

I’m looking forward hopefully to some sequels. I’m now addicted.

I agree with your sentiments of saying that Assassin's Creed is indeed a fantastic game.

For me, I feel that is one of the most detailed, immersive, exciting and overall just plain fun games that I've had to pleasure to play on a PC. I definately look forward to AC2 and more great games from Ubisoft.

Regarding the "Ark" discrepency you make mention of... well, if you think of it, it could already be sort of explained through the course of playing the game.

Okay, the following is just going from my failing memory and it's not the actual word-for-word conversation in the game, but I seem to recall that at one point when Desmond is having a conversation with the Doctor, he mentions something like: "But there are books, records, scrolls and historians that say the facts are different than what you're telling me."

And the Doctor replies something like: "Do you believe everything you read and hear from these so called experts? People only know what we what them to know."

I know it's not the actual conversation, but I remember that's the general idea of their conversation. So, the official "historical records" could in fact be a lot different than the general populace is lead to believe if we are to listen to what the Doctor says about it, therefor the "Ark" could have looked different than what records tell us what it looks like. And if you think about how the AC Ark looks like, those "wings" on either side of the middle "egg / orb" could represent the "Angels" too.

Well, that's just one of my ways of explaining why often things in the AC game is not always "accurate" to what we think things should be. Anyways, just let your imagination go and enjoy AC for the masterpiece that it is, warts and all.

Wow a trilogy eh? That's impressive.

But to me that means they're going to half *** the second one just like they did the first one so everyone still buys the third one.
