I can't believe your making a big deal about the "swimming" part.. What's the big deal, the game looks great.

Unfortunatly that probably happens more often than not if the persons for post is something negative about the game.

But wow, you learn something new every day they say. Maybe it's just because it's a faster way of swimming and Ezio cares more about speed than what people think when they see him doing it?

Maybe it's just the way he was taught, i mean like some people have said already it can't have been the one guy to come up with swimming like that.
And for all we know Giovanni may have been taught to swim like that and therefore taught Ezio the same way

I may have over thought this.....

I'm pretty sure that the 'front crawl' existed in some capacity before it was named and used in competition for the first time.

But as someone has already said, most people will not care/notice even if the OP happens to be true.

Ezio invented swimming. That's why he has that huge villa. The money he made from teaching.
