One: Doses AC2 have any connection with the storyline of AC1, The pieces of Eden and Altair.

Two: Will there be more options on the menu other that 'new' and 'continue' because I would really like to assassinate another player.

Question One has already been answered, it's nothing to do with Altair now, Altair stopped when AC1 ended, but the story of the peices of Eden still remain.

Hey guys! I´ll try to answer some of the last questions the best I can with the inside info I have right now.

YES, there will be multiplayer, but don´t worry, you wont see dozens of Ezios on screen.

Changing weapons will be just like in AC1, but most of the time you´ll be using your enemy´s weapons against them.

You mean Bloodlines? Yes, but you wont have a full understanding unless you play bloodlines. You know, it´s like Matrix and Animatrix. In Matrix Morfeo tells Neo there was a war against the machines and they loose. In Animatrix you are able to watch and understand how the whole thing happened. It´s something like that.

Do you need Animatrix or Matrix Online to understand the Matrix trilogy? No, but you would have a better undestanding of that universe and the events of the movies if you watch them, play them, ... Same thing here.

I know what you mean, but if you really love the franchise you should take the time to read about it and try to understand the whole plot. One more thing: if you think AC had a complex story, just wait for AC2. It´s more complex, but at the same time more enjoyable (in my opinion)

One last thing. I have no idea why Ubisoft is trying so desperately to hide the fact that ROME will be the third city in AC2. I thought they would confirm that in the E3, but they didn’t. Weird.

So bottom line confirmed cities are Venice and Florence, also the Tuscan country side and wet lands

If we refer to a map of Italy with the distinct regions delimited, we can see Venice is in region 5 and Florence in region 9 which is Tuscany

regions 5 and 9 are connected by region 8
Does that mean that region 8 will be added in the game?

also region 12 contains Rome (also in ROME Vatican city is found)
Thus does that also mean region 12 is in the game?
