Well, it makes sense that Uncharted 2 is getting the most votes, considering it *just* came out and really, out of that list, is one of the few that I think could possibly win. I think the only games that'll really give Uncharted 2 and AC2 a run for their money in terms of GOTY are MW and maybe Mass Effect 2.

It's a shame Borderlands isn't making the others sweat at all, it's a pretty sweet game.

i was thinking of getting that. but i needa get a game to last me these two painful weeks. and i cant get mw2 so borderlands, fable 2(again) or far cry 2(again)

I think Uncharted should get it or maybe Assassins but I can't judge as it isn't out yet. I'm sure it will be amazing though. =D

I think it will be Uncharted 2 coz the A) multi player beta demo was amazing, B) its just come out (as keepth3beat said) and C) its graphics look amazing and it sounds like a good game.
But I think AC2 should get the award seeing as it should be much less repetitive and more colourful than AC1 (and that's a BIG plus in my opinion.) Also, its a unique game (at least it is for me), its historically accurate (considering how far back they go) and it introduces Social Stealth which I like a lot.
Call of Duty MW2, there are TONS of FPS games (although I did enjoy multi player on COD WAW), but once you've played a few, they vary very little IMO.
The trouble with these polls is that people judge it not by the game, but by the game before it (if its a sequel), or by the trailers, etc, which don't give you the same feel of the game that playing it does (which can make all the difference).

I voted for inFamous . Not as good as AC2 but it was enjoyable to me.
