Sadly the problem is yet to be resolved. However we have found for many members when they are unable to view the boards as a result of error messages the following has worked.............

Clear all internet cookies, cache, history etc (ensure all has been removed, if you’re still signed in when coming back to the site the clearout has not been complete)

On returning access Ubi.com (not the forums) and sign in via the main Ubi.com site.

Some members have found this clears the error message and allows access to the boards again.

As you are no doubt aware the forums have been experiencing some issues recently resulting in a variety of problems for members from errors on login, replying to threads, posts not showing among many others.

We are aware of these issues and working to try and locate the source as soon as possible. In the meantime we thank you for your patience and understanding.
