...and perhaps few other populated maps that come with 4.09? Some of them are really sweet, I'd like to make a few quick offline missions for myself out of the templates that some of you guys that are in versed in mission building make. Thanks.

You can get mission templates over at mission4today.com - I don't think anyone has made a populated Slovakia map, but there are several to chose from:
