Hi, here are some details of my new offline campaign: Sonder Kommando 3. It's a 1946 style German campaign where the player takes control of an elite agent from the late war kommando unit. In essence, it was a secret airbourne unit created by Walter Horten. In the campaign, I've developed it a bit into the main German special operations squad. It's a bit like a Nazi MI6, in planes. Players fly most of the rarely used (at least for me) 1946 planes.

This looks excellent! I am a big fan of alternate history 1946 campaigns. I only wish tehre were more of these. When will this campaign be done? I can't wait.

First Ive seen of using the B29 as the Me bomber that looked alot like it....can't remember the designation, but I think they built 4 of them.

I know from experience that it's kinda hard to say when a project will be finished, as it's such a complicated adn time consuming deal. Ive been working on my 47 project for 10 mos.

This looks like alot of planning was used. Lots of good work coming from you guys. The FMB is the best thing in this sim.

Thanks, the bombers are Me 264s and I imagine them as the Luftwaffe's workshorse/nuclear bomber. I could do with a snow colour scheme for one...

More screenshots. This time it's a Japanese attack on some rebel Americans/Russians, who have made a secret base on Pearl Harbor. No-one thought to check there! But luckily you have been sent to oversee the operation.

Actualkly, the flak was Japanese and I got in the way!

I thought, as I seem to be flooding the thread with random and rubbish screenshots, I'd explain some of the 'history'...

It's WWII as we know it until Operation Barbarossa (which is not delayed, as it was in history). This time, the Germans have thought about it and got all their snow clothing etc, ready in advance. Hitler's also stopped forcing his own ideas on the commanders, whilst Stalin has been even more foolish then before, and refuses to believe the attack will come until Panzers are on his doorstep.

The Operation does astonishingly well, with the VVS being destroyed on the ground and many Russians actually helping the Germans. Sure enough, Moscow and Leningrad are taken after furious, but one-sided fighting. Crucially, the Siberian regiments are not diverted from the Japanese front, and Genral Chuikov is assassinated!

By the time Stalingrad is taken, the Soviets are in chaos. The people have no faith in Stalin, the Wermacht is pushing foward and the Japanese have attacked in the East. Russia falls, and is under Nazi control by 1946.

Meanwhile, the attack on Pearl Harbour is a tremendous success. The carriers are sunk, and the USN crushed. Japan carves out its empire in the Pacific and helps against Russia.

In Africa, Montgomery just can't beat Rommel and Malta is also captured. It doesn't look good for the Allies, so they let Hitler take Africa and China in exchange for peace.

However, they are secretly working on the Manhattan Project. That doesn't work either, as it turns out that the Germans got there first. The USA is nuked before they can develop their bomb. Sure enough, they surrender to the Axis and only Britain is left.

This thread has recieved more interest then I'd anticipated, so I thought I'd add a few more screenies.
Who said that shooting down unarmed civillian transports was beyond the Luftwaffe?

Ar 234s are torn apart by determined resistance from the rebel movement, the Free Russian's Peoples' Resistance Movement.

Luckily, you are there to protect the Fw 300s.

Thanks TTU_Phoenix. I couldn't actually get it to takeoff from the sub, hidden runways seemed to avoid it, dunno why, so I put in an air-start a metre from the deck.
Anyway, back to the update. I've managed to get Germany and Britain to finish what they started, naturally the Biritsh don't have much of a chance, but another Operation Sealion will be tricky.
You're there to oversee the fighters on the French coast. Here a big (there's loads and loads of 'Lancasters', quite laggy) formation is attacked.

Man, there must have been so much fire coming at you... Wonder how many kills you could get attacking that formation; and landing at an RAF airfield to kill Leigh-Mallory... I don't know how you could manage to pull that off, but it looks cool all the same.

The missions have been finished, a meagre 28 of them, but it's been a pain when testing because I always start out in an ai aircraft, not the one I chose... I'll have to sort that out.
I've tried doing some clips and intros, but my computer refuses to let me remove the .ntrk bit at the end, so I've given up.
I hope to have it done in a week or so....

Anyway, I've finished it and will be uploading to M4T and FL as soon as possible. See what you make of it... but don't get your hopes up!
