1946 came with an excellent scripted campaign Burning Ridge. I would like to play this co-op flying il-2's with some buddies. This is the best campaign I've flown for il-2's by far, lots of targets to find moving and static. I can't do the conversion myself, is anyone up to the task? Would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I'm looking for co-ops with moving land battles with il-2's to fly ground attack.

You don't really need to do much to play it as a co-op. Just move the missions to a co-op folder. You may also want to open up each mission and uncheck the player's aircraft so that the host can fly any of the flyable aircraft in the mission.

To uncheck the player's aircraft, just select any flyable aircraft and make it the player's aircraft (if it isn't already the player's aircraft). Then just uncheck it and save. Done.

Thanks Zeus-cat. I've located and transfered the missions (called DuklikPereval in the campaign folder), but I cannot seem to uncheck my name from the 1st pilot postion in game. Do you mean for me to open it in a mission editor?

Yes, you need to open each mission in the Full Mission Builder and uncheck the player's aircraft. This is very easy to do as I have already explained. You don't have to do this, but the host will always fly the aircraft the mission builder designated if you do not.

Sorry Zeus-cat, but it's not clear to me how to select a flyable aircraft in the full mission editor, I'm not familiar with it at all. The menu at top has File, Edit, View. Edit only allows me to change conditions and description. View allows me to look at stuff. So how do I select a plane? What have I missed?

ibeagle, go into the RU campaign file and open the DuklikPereval campaign folder.

Open the first Mis file and delete the "player 525ShAPOO" line. (See below)

Do this for each Mis file in the folder and the host is released from the player plane and can select any plane.

This eliminates the need to edit in the FMB.

Of course, and I am sure you know this, copy this campaign into the COOP folder first and do the change there so your campaign works as intended in Pilot Careers.
