I'm confused, obviously. Do DGEN campaigns listed separately on M4T actually become part of the IL2 DGEN? And are these different from the usual M4T campaigns I've been downloading and merely putting into Campaign folders? Do Enjoyr's revisions change the stock DGEN campaigns in IL2 or add more?
I assume DCG is a stand alone generator. Correct?
Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks.

DCG is stand alone in that it creates it own campaigns rather then relying on Dgen, though it integrates with IL-2 nicely. It tends to have more options then the standard Dgen campaigns. Dgen limits you in certain instances and doesn’t track things like loses and such. DCG does. It’s a great program. You can use it to replace your dgen.exe, though I never bothered to do that since I like being able to have both options open.

There are several DGen campaigns that are downloadable, but all of them are in the Enjoyr patches. Enjoyr put all of them together, along with some fixes to the original campaigns, in a few easy installers. There are a few different versions depending on if you have any 3rd party pay add-on campaigns like Battle Over Europe or Ostfront. You will also need to download the skin packs that go with it.

If you like Dgen stuff, go with Enjoyr’s patch. It really adds quite a bit. If you want to tinker with the campaign, and add some more logistical stuff to it, DCG is the way to go. Get both, IMHO. Just don’t let DCG replace your dgen.exe program, and you can use both together.
