Why does my A6M's fall of the bow of the carrier?|

Hi!
I've made a little mission where some AI Zero's are supposed to land on a Japanes carrier. They all land very well, and then roll forward until they fall of the bow of the carrier and get chrushed as they are overrun. Is this normal AI carrierplane behaviour in this game? Do they have a hook for carrier landings? If they do, then they should land just fine. If they don't have a hook they might just do what you described.

Yeah several of the Zeros don't have arrestor hooks for some reason.

Those were used from land bases only. The A6M3 variant that we have (there were a couple of A6M3s actually) was a land based version. The A6M2-21 and A6M5s have arrestor hooks. The later models also have no arrestor hooks because there were no operational carriers left by that point and so they were never fitted at the factory. |
