It won't be 4.09.  It will be in the 4.10 or 5.0 patch/addon. They still haven't decided on the version from what I have read regarding the future patches/addons, hence the 4.09 Plus moniker in the article. These are so going to make missions much more fun and real.....
Some people are a bit blase about them...perhaps they have never done any mission building. I am excited about it all... The triggers and the MDS are probably two of the biggest things to hit this sin since it's inception. I didnt include 6DoF in there because while it is indeed a great addition to the sim, it was a later innovation.. but people have been asking about triggers & MDS since the sim came out.
