Just an idea. Germany invades Iceland to get a toe-hold on a further frontier to control the Atlantic along with the added advantage of more U-boat bases. USA is not in the war as yet and Lend lease isn't in effect. So this would remain between the Germans and British. 41-42? I think a time limit for Germany to sucessfully invade before USA effectivley enters the War would be great.
