You know on multiplayer when you start out you start out on the parking area. Is it possible to do that in the full mission builder not online?

No. This only works in dogfight mode.

You can create missions where the aircraft start on invisible runways. See the Castaways campaign at Mission4Today for a great example of how to do this.

I had the same problem but found out how to taxi to the runway in FMB.
