You can't. You can instruct the B-29s to land (landing waypoint) but they will then follow a pre-arranged path and park wherever the path tells them to.
best for realism is to make a co-op mission and fly it with a bunch of mates....you can start from apron and taxi to t/o then land and taxi to where you want after....
