I keep getting this message

"The server is not available at the time, please try again later"

"Profile creation failed. Please recheck entered values".

I've already created a ubi.com profile, I use the same name and password when trying to create my game account, but alas, nothing works. I'm fairly certain I have the online key right, I've entered in my cd-key verbatim

Help please?

If you are encountering problems when entering your CD Key for activation, please note the following:

- Make sure that you are entering your CD Key exactly as it appears, including the dashes.
- After the first 3 characters in the CD key, there will not be any ‘I’, ‘O’, ‘S’, or ‘Z’ alphabetical characters.

Windows 7 is not supported so that could be what the trouble is.
