Are the central server resources being downsized?

Several times the past week, I've seen people playing in my server but I can't log on to any of my accounts. Has the max # of players supported by the login servers been decreased...?

i dont see why they should. mainly cuz the servers are almost all player hosted (except for the dedicated ones for clans that are hosted by game server companies) and the only reason we login is to upload/download maps from the community, and to access our "RANKED" info for ranked matches.

and if you have a Ubi account on their website, u use the same username/password as you do on there site so they would have to put a cap on how many ppl are logged in on their site also then.

but i could be wrong so dont hold me to this.
