There are no flyable aircraft in the US naval theatre. They should make the F/A-18 flyable specifically for carrier operations. Taking off from a catapult is far better than running off a ski jump. And besides it would be that much work as they already have a superb F/A-18 model (with shader details & reflections) and the avionics is relativley simular to the F-15C. I know they couldnt make the F-14 flayable due to the complex 2 crew but they should either remove the F-14 as it has been decomissioned or upgrade the F-14A to the F-14D versions.

Much of the Info on the F/A-18 is clasified. So, ED Cannot model it correctally, and they're big on realism. yes, the 'cat would be nice, but as you said, i also cannot be modeled correctally.
