Theres a few things wrong with your request. Although the SR 71 Blackbird would be cool and all...theres not much use for it in a game. All you do is go fast for a recon mission and go home, no dogfight. Unless you want to sonicboom your enemy to death lol. As for the Eurofighter Typhoon and the F35 JSF, that is in the wrong time zone. This game is based in the 80-90s. Try reading the similar forum about the F-22. http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/49610606/m/9511028772 As for the last two planes...i got nothing against it. I know this may sound rude, but its the best way to put it because some1 else in this forum will really flame this thread up. Just take a look at the F-22 topic, that place is really getting hostile. O and btw...welcome to the forums! Hope you enjoy Lock On.

Hey Azn And Fergie
My Top 5 are Yak-141 Freestyle AV-8B Harrier F/A-18C Hornet Mirage-2000 the two Vertical takeoff and landing the freestyle and the harrier, i saw that planes interesting takeoff as a helicopter and turn to jet mode sound great, unfortunately the freestyle is dead, yakovlev dont work anymore with that aircraft due than the russian navy is dying slowly. the harrier still exist but are in entering in a phased out will be replaced by the F-35 in a near future. Hornet, very good balance of air to air and air to ground power, is efficient and the C variant can use the amraam, as the harrier will be replaced by the F-35. Mirage-2000, the dassault 2000 is a good air dominance fighter, for be small as the F-16 is efficient and a tought air to air opponent. MiG-301 Pilot of Russian Aircraft |

Hello and thanks for repling but there is one thing i'd like to say even though the Eurofighter and F35 were concepted in the 80's and 90's they are only entering active service now. My local airbase (Squadron 43 Leuchars) has a fleet of tornado's being replaced next year with Eurofighters but the F35 prototype only flew last year at Edwards AFB but the TSR2 was meant to be a nuclear deterrant, Tactical bomber and recon aircraft and the Lightning was the best aircraft in british history and the airbase near me had a fleet (Until 1983). Aznkamikazekid you were not being rude, you are both welcome to write back

hey fergie message of MiG301
did your squadron have a Harrier fleet ?? i remember the harrier gained popularity in the farkland islands war, when argentina invaded the island, the british sended two carriers with a squadrons of harriers, the harriers showed better than the argentina mirage 3 or 5 dont remember well. since the harrier is some older, but the innovative technology of VTOL make spectacular, other projects of VTOL where succesfull and some fall down like the Yak-141. the most recent is the F-35 as i see the F-35 that will enter in final phases for start to enter in production, cuestion of time than the older fighters will be replaced. the future sound very different for the aeronautics civilian and military for both.
