does someone know how can i set a specific view position with a specific zoom setting to a specific key?

what is the best way to move your eyes fast and efficiently from the landscapes to the cockpit gauges (close enough so i will be able to read them well)?

First you must edit the View.lua file.

Look in Lockon/config/view folder.
Find the View.lua file and open it with notepad. Locate the line:

DisableSnapViewsSaving = true
Change true to read false and re-save.

Now open the game and get into the jet. Pan and zoom to set your desired picture then hit the Alt + numpad 0 to save.
