Hi there, I think it is a must to integrate in an update, two or three Helicopters. In a so rich detailed world, you can't enjoy this objects only in a plane. They are to fast! Problaly the A-10 is slow enough. So i would like to see Helicopters in this Sim too.

The idea has merit

Yup, helicopters would be good. Then again, so would a Harrier. Not getting obsessed here or anything...

helicopters would be nice, NOT HARRIERS! Harriers ruin the game. They are to easy to avoid things with. Besides, the AH-64 can carry a bigger load than a harrier.

I think the Eurocopter Uhu from Germany would be very good ! I haven't naothing against helis! They are great!
I would LOVE TO see choppers Personally all you have to do is make it feel like chopper flight concentrate on avionics and Physics and not really weapons don't get people to play realism does in SIMS~! Make the chopper vibrate slightly and fly nice and everyone will be on this like white on rice~! Coming all the way from Longbow 2 THERES STILL NOTHING LIKE IT~! make something that flies parallel to that sim and your god~! don't even have to have weapons just fly~! And your god~!
I don't know why but I have a fetish for small airplanes and choppers, so I'd like to see the oh-58 Kiowa Warrior or the oh-6 Little bird. The AH-64D is also a must.
But since Lock On is a fighter simulator, the f-18 and the f-14 are higher on my wish list.

I don't think the world has enough detail. The trees are 2 dimensional, the roads are pretty bland, and they don't have bushes or other foliage to cover the ground. It would not look realistic enough when you are flying 10 feet above the ground.
Personally, I like to land my plane on roads in the middle of cities to get a closer look at the buildings, but that is about the only part of LOMAC world that has enough detail.
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+; ATI x1900 XT; Maxtor Dmax10 250 GB SATA HDD; 2 GB RAM; Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe; Thermaltake Damier V6000; Antec TP2 550 watt PSU; Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music; CH FighterStick; CH Pro Throttle
It looks like the Ka-50 is coming and I feel that this is both good and bad. It is the most Fighterish Helicopeter around, it can carry many different types of weapons and has an ejector seat and a one man cockpit. I don't use AIM-120's, R-77's, Ka-50/52's Su-34's or F-15E's in my missions because I feel that they are outside the comfortable time frame of modern sims. Aircraft and weapons newer than 1990 are always still to an extent classified I see a lot of debate about the R-77 and AIM 120 but not nearly as much about the R-27 or the AIM-7 so just to be safe I pretend it is betwean 1985 and 1990. I would rather a flyable Mi-24D, Ka-27 or AH-1.
