I was wondering if it was just me, or was it a problem everyone was having. Man, I thought I was banned or something although I never said anything bad or out of line. Whenever I clicked Login/join, I would get "this webpage can't be displyed". It's working now obviously, but what if it happens again. Do I have to wait two days to reply to someones post and look like I don't care? I wonder what the problem is?

I had the same problem. I was able to get on once in the past 3 days.

I thought I peed-off some moderator. So maybe it's just a glitch then.

It seems like it happened around the same time as the patch release, but that's most likely a coincidence. I noticed that there were new posts, so who knows?

Whatever it is, it's a pain.

Anyway, I just listend to 'thirteen' you guys sound good.

I've had real problems logging in too. I assumed it was just the numbers visiting the site at once (over 1000 at times). I should imagine it will settle down as we all get patching sorted and get the hang of those darn SM-79 auto-flaps. (Just trust them, they work - you've got to do something really stupid to land with them up...)

I think all things considered, the patching has gone pretty well. There seem to have been one or two mirror sites with corrupted files, but neither Ubi nor M4T collapsed under the strain. I'd say well done.

I said something about this in another thread yesterday.
I thought it was due to the forums becoming inundated with people clamoring for the new patch.

I had the same problem monday morning, my guess is it has to do with the recent forum upgrade which caused havoc for a while, I was able to login in ok over the weekend, probably still a few gremlins to iron out.

In my case i could login fine from the login/join link but it crashed if I tried to reply to a post from inside a thread without logging first.
