What in the world is happening? I can take off really well in the single player mode but when it comes to MP. I can't move. I turn on my engine then press the 1 key and it doesn't move. Indifferent

When in MP your using server settings (what ever they are).
My guess is you need to toggle your wheel chocks.
Check Control Setup and Bind/map a key to it.

So, it sounds like you can get online now. What did you do to fix it?

All I had to do is to download the patch , That was it. It works on xfire just fine , I don't need the other thing. Hyperlobby. (even thhough I use that too.) Cool But yeah , everytime when I try to take off , I can't go straight for nothing. How do you fix your joystick adjustments? Because everytime when I hold back on my joystick , My plan goes up a little bit then it does a roll into the ground. I try pressing the keys with the arrows but that doesn't work neither. The down key.

You have to allow for engine torque. As you start rolling, you'll notice most planes want to pull to the left. To counter, you apply some right rudder to keep it straight. Allow yourself to get at least 110mph(in most planes), before you "GENTLY" start easing back on the stick. Don't make any harsh movements until you have gotten some altitude and speed built up. Basic info, but I hope it helps.

sounds to me like your over controling.
LIke in real life you yank on the stick you will die. use the rudder to keep you on the runway. and let your plane go down the strip until it takes off on it's own you need for most plane over 160KM/hr to get lift.

Try to practice offline using full real settings - that's what most online servers use.

Most of the tail draggers ( aircraft with a small tail wheel ) have the ability to lock the tail wheel. This helps you go down the runway and stay much straighter provided you slowly advance the throttle. You might also have to applay rudder to help too. But use this this method and it helps far more than just using rudder only!!

There are some aircraf that hve skids on the back and not wheels. The P-11C and the IAR-80 and 81 all have this type. Can't lock the tail wheel since it's not a wheel, you'll have to use rudder only.

Of course aircraft that have nose wheels ( tricycle landing gear, like the P-39 ) are steered only by rudder input.

This sim takes time.

I suggest that you go to the Nugget's Guide and read it and do what is in it. It will help you. Also make sure that you have something set up for trim... rudder & elevator in particular.
