Was going to start a career as a bomber pilot for USAAF in the Pacific. I went to the controls section to set up the options for my pilot, and discovered there is no "Level Stableiser" option under the Bombsight controls. In Pacific Fighters stand alone, I have this option, but not here. All the other commands are available. How do I keep things level for the bombrun?

It looks like it's been move up a bit in the list of controls...

It's under 'Aircraft Controls' now, seems more logical, as it does control the aircraft

Make sure you get Level Stabiliser and NOT Toggle Level Autopilot which is totally different ( turns on and off all yer gunners autopilots )
