hi guys , i have a problem with connectin.
i have 2 cpu's here , i try to set up a game in hyperlobby , and then join it with my other cpu , aswell as some frinds . setup goes ok , launchin goes ok , then i try and join with my other cpu , and thats not ok . i get a very long 'connecting' and after that it says 'timed out ' . the same goes for my mates , he can connect either [he's on a different location'] i have opened port 21000 , and turned off the firewalls , no difference . must be said that where both on the same type of router [experia box tg787] . all computers log in fine on any other server on hl . any thoughts ? thanks in advance |

I'll assume you mean PC's when you say cpu's Allow port 21001 udp through your router You need to set the port to 21001 udp on the host machine. In the host pc Hyperlobby conf ini file also set port 21001 In your client Hyperlobby conf ini file set loopback to internal ip of host pc [Forgotten Battles] setloopback=1 lopback ip=192.168.xx.xx  |

i got the port changed in th hlpro folder .
but if i take down the firewall then it cant be a problem in the pc , can it ? i mean , down the firewall automaticly opens the ports , right ? |

you cant have 2 pc using the same port (21000) on the router.
Host 21001 udp Client 21000 udp you need to divert traffic to the host PC with the router > 192.168.1,xxx:21001 then all clients join that ip set the Host HL conf ini file to 21001 and traffic is put through to the correct port via HL. |
