what do i need to change in config.ini so that my mouse doesn't move the view??

I've also adjusted the other settings you see above, but i didnt see any changes.

Why would i need mouse pan in Il2 turned off??
I'm using NewView, but im finding that the Il2 pan will interfere with the New View input under certain settings. I'm not sure why, but where it normally stays centered in New View, the il2 pan continues to move (not smooth). I figure there is a way to shut mouse pan off in Il2, i just haven't found it yet. I only need New View for panning and hopefully by shutting off mouse pan in Il2, i can still use NewView and keep the mouse centered when its suppose to be.


If you know of another possible solution inside New View, please share.
