Had the same problem!
Tray following: set hlpro.exe+aping.exe+dexec.exe in vista comp.mode(without any sp!)and set to run as admin.
For my it solved the hotkey prob.

Just installed the final Win7 Pro this weekend (got my pre-order in, yippee!). I had the same errors after installing hyperlobby as admin (no compatibility) and solved them immediately by setting all three .exe's in the hyperlobby folder (hlpro.exe, aping.exe, dexec.exe) to run as admin (no compatibility needed in my case).
