It's a darn shame that Ubisoft couldn't get the legal rights from Boeing and Grumman, for a select few planes. How does that work? You have Grumman Wildcats and Hellcats, but no Avengers. Wouldn't it be all inventions from a company or none? I'm not a lawyer, so if someone who knows what they're talking about could help, that would be great!

btw, I'm not even sure if it was all legal issues. Did the developement team just not have time for all the work to make every plane flyable? (Like the Henschel tank-busters + Ohka)
