Hi guys,

Just bought the il2, really great game but the reason I'm writing is that I have a problem while playing online - in some planes I can't turn on cockpit view. I can fly the plane and control everything except I can't get into cockpit. Any ideas what that might be? Thanks

PS getting killed online all the time by the way but practicing hehe

There A.I. planes that you normaly can not fly but the server aded to the list of Flyable planes on a base so you get to play with them.

Ask on the Server or on the Servers Forum site about this.

The server is likely using mods, usually the AAA unified installer, but as Camp says, you will have to ask on the server forum as we cannot do support for mods, there are just too many different ones.

Sometimes they arent using mods but are using AI planes which cn only be flown from the outside as there is no cockpit.

TIP : Open the chat bar ingame and drag the box bigger with the mouse, make it 5 or 6 lines, this way you can keep up with the chat and server messages. The default one line is too little. Aftwer doing this you can chat with people on the server about problems like this
