first of all sorry about my poor english..
and sorry if someone already posted the same questions.. so.. 1º What is Prop.Pitch and for what I will use it? 2º What is mixture and 3º How do I set the time for the bomb explode? thanks a lot. |

Prop pitch is the angle of the blade of the propeller as it attacks the air. Just like the gears of a manual transmission on a car.
100% pitch is like or similar to first gear. Etc. Mixture is the ratio of the MIXTURE of air(which contains oxygen which the fuels needs to ignite) and the fuel. Rich for take off, leaner for cruise, leaner still for high altitude flight. You set these function in the Setting section of the game. Not all aircract use these functions. Sorry for my bad english also, but it is common in the southern USA. |

Oh, and when you choose an aircraft to fly for a missin either on line of off, you select the time on the bottom right of the page you are one that shows the picture of the aircraft in the upper left corner.

thanks man!
I need to know one more thing.. the radiatior.. when use it and for what? thanks again |

The 'radiator' on the planes in the sim are similar to the radiator on an automobile.
The radiator radiates heat away from the engine and other parts of the aircraft or automobiles engine. On some planes in the sim there are 10 settings for the rad. Use 'OPEN' if you are not sure. You may have to set a key for your keyboard in the 'settings' section of the game. |

Hey, not an expert, but anyway...
1. Prop Pitch - use 100% for takeoff, landing, combat and most times for climbs. When in cruise use slower %. You need to find out what's good for your plane and speed and not going under 40% of throttle, which make your plane going down, slow down your prop pitch, if flying too fast. Most times 60-80% prop pitch is good for cruise. Or keep it 95-100% and don't worry about it. 2. With mixture it's a same thing, need to find out what's good for your altitude. You know it's too rich, if you lose your power or engine start to smoke. To see and feel how you notice that - in takeoff select 110% mixture and don't touch it. Climb up and finally you see and feel, how smokes start caming and engine power going down. It's different with every plane, you need to climb up somewhere about 500-800m altitude, before it happens. I think this is for J8A or some usual settings - takeoff 110% if takeoff is under 300m, after you up from the ground 100%, 2200m 80%, 5000m 60% and somewhere about 8000-9000m 40%. 3. Bomb, guns and other arm settings and skins you select in arming page, right next to fly button (left side). Arm > aircraft customize. 4. With radiator you cool down your plane engine. If you get engine overheat message open radiator and power down to 80% for faster cool down. Some planes has automatic radiator and mostly you didn't need to worry about it. If it's manual you can full open it in takeoff with full power and keep it open in climb so the engine didn't warm so fast. When in cruise close it or keep it little open 2-6, if flying 300km/h or faster mostly you can keep it close. In dives you can or you should close it. With some planes it need to keep little open or engine overheat even in fast speeds - Some of these planes seems to be Spitfire, it wants to radiator to be open to setting 6, with 4 it heats, but with 6 it didn't overheat. 5. Next you ask for supercharger. Most settings you find from aircraft quide from your game directory. Most times, if you select stage two about 3000m altitude, you are close to right setting. Good luck. |
