Von B, C/O of 23 Sqn contacted the real Sqn and Strike Command and they were both more than happy to let us use their Sqn Logo and number.
He went as far as contacting a WWII vet and asking advice on missions etc. |

I've actually been in touch with several VMF/A-214 pilots. None from the origional blacksheep mind you but from later versions of VMFA-214.
One sent me a squadron picture of them all lined up in front of one of thier A-4s. Another sent me a shoulder patch. Talk about deeply honored. ---------------------  ================ 214th.com/sheep --------------------- |
