The 1st Virtual Bomb Group is a Dedicated Bomber Group that flys in Il-2 1946. The Group was created on the Historical 47th/312th Bomb Group (Light) on December 2, 2008. However since the introduction of the Mods for IL-2 1946, the Group was revamp and rename the 1st Virtual Bomb Group. However the Group will fly as one Group representing four Historcial Bomb Groups. The 312th BG (L), 43rd BG (H), 47th BG (L) and the 97th BG (H). The 312th and 43rd BG flew in the PTO, while the 47th and 97th BG flew in the MTO. The main Planes the Group will fly are: A-20's,B-17's and the B-24. At times the Group may fly the B-29,TBF-1C,TMB-3and the B-25's. The Group main mission are Tactical Low Level Ground/Support Attacks and Strategic High Level Daylight Precision Bombing.

closed cockpit, full immersion,full realistic Virtual Bomber Group.
The Group is Affiliated with Tides Of Wars Community and soon be Affiliated with the Full Immersion Squadron Community.

The 1st All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group is now open for Recruitment.
We are looking for Highly Committed and Dedicated Bomber Pilots, who whats to have the Challenge of flying the Heavy as well as the light Bombers. The Training will be hard and long, and the pay is lousy.
