im a newb to Il2.We bought the Il2 1946 today online.Got the game installed & the 4.08v patch.
Went & signed up on UBI & got into the rooms.When i click on a room to go into heres what i get.

You can't join or create rooms for this reason :
IL2:FB Dogfight not installed.

ALSO : Please note that patch 1.22 for IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles has been released.

You are better off trying Hyperlobby as thats where most of us fly nowadays using the 1946, 4.08 version.

'1946' is flown in FB on HL. Some servers still run 4.04 but most run 1946 (4.08). It will tell you if you have the wrong connection when you connect and it refuses to load the mission due to 'incorrect version'.

no i have to locate the fb installation but i cant cuz i have 1946

its ok now but how to type the pw when it asks for it i do that and it says wrong password...
