I would like to form a Squadron of players that want to just have fun. To be a Gladiator is also to be a Moderator on"The Gladiators"server and follow just a few of guidelines/Rules when Moderating the Gladiators Server. This will be a non-historical Squad and will fly with a checker board pattern on the nose.
Red for Gladiators
Yellow for guests and those that want to join.
Unit Patch:

You as a Gladiator will have input in map making,mission planing and execution and who we challenge.

As a Gladiator we will respond to all challenges as if an invitation.

You choose the plane you want to fly.

You choose who you fly with on this server.

All skill levels

Training is at your pace.

We will choose a Gladiator theme banner
Nose art is your choice.

As a member you will have the IP and password of this server. Password will be changed periodically.

You as a Gladiator do not have to log on as a Gladiator but you are still a Moderator and should conduct yourself accordingly.

The Gladiators server would be your domain and you will be in charge of your guests.

Guidelines for Moderating this server:
First-No one person has the authority to ban another player, that includes my self. This will be voted on.

Second-Every one deserves the chance and will have the the right to come back and explain after being kicked.

Third-After a player is Banned from this server and wants to return he has the right to ask a Gladiator and will not be kicked by a Gladiator that voted him out.

Fourth-If an invited guest is asked to leave by another member respect his/her wishes. I ask that we be open minded and give the guy a chance and let him/her explain.

At this point I have nothing more to offer. I would like to have at some point a Team that other players want to join. And a Squadron other squads will respect and fear in the arena.
